How can machines paint plant pictures for the agriculture of the future? Are diseases pre-programmed? What role does culture play in varying lengths of maternity leave? How does light behave in a mirror maze? And what does transporting piles of sand actually have to do with modern data analysis? The six Clusters of Excellence at the University of Bonn are each represented by a scientist from their field. The result is a diverse mix of topics from economics, mathematics, agriculture, physics and medicine.
The small "competition" between the Clusters will be moderated by David Fußhöller. Admission is from 7:00 p.m., the Science Slam starts at 8:00 p.m. Admission to the event is free of charge. Registration is not required.
