Pear lattice rust
Causative agent is the fungus Gymnosporangium sabinae that is a rust, belonging to the basidiomycota and undergoes during its lifecycle a host switch. On Pyrus species (pear) it causes gall formation with aecia producing aeciospores. On Juniperus it forms teliospores as its second host.
